How long does shipping take?

We offer standard and express shipping options to most locations. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping is available on orders over a certain amount—check your cart for details.

What is your return policy?

Return Period: We offer a 7-day cooling-off period for online purchases, starting from the delivery date. Items must be unused and in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Return Shipping: For non-defective items, customers cover return shipping costs. If your item arrives defective or damaged, we'll cover the return shipping at no cost to you.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 15 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned: opened personal care and beauty products, custom-made items, digital products, gift cards, and clearance items.
